Where Do I Come From

2008-2010
Columbia University
I spent almost two years at Columbia University in the City of New York, where I did not only complete my master's degree, but also enjoy the great benefits that the city has brought to me.  If you ask me what Columbia has taught me--that'll be the spirite of not afraid of making mistakes. At Columbia I was encouraged to do whatever I like and constantly challenge myself. You simply won't know the result if you don't try if you are afraid of failing. And the big apple always proves it right--no matter who you are and where you are from, you can always find someone that values your sparks. Show the world who you are and do not be afraid of being the "wrong" in someone's eyes.

2004-2008
Nanjing University
Out of the twenty four dynasties that China had undergone, Nanjing had been the capital of six. It is such a cultural and historic city that had nurtured many academics and artist, not to mention that it alone holds more than 40 universities and colleges. My Alma Mater Nanjing University dates back to 1902, thrived and cultivated the city when later splited into many different universities. There I spent four years studying course works that span across humanity subjects including languages, literature, history, philosophy, etc. The school motto is simple: Be honest and humble, study hard and act sincerely. Always be down to earth-that's what NJU has taught me.
